The licences referred to above are liable to be revoked if the Board is satisfied that the licensee obtained the licence by misrepresentation of facts or fraud or if he fails to submit the necessary returns or contravenes any conditions of the special license issued by the Board. Besides, prosecution under Section 26 of the Rubber Act is liable to be initiated against the delinquent for violations of the provisions of the Rubber Act and the Rules framed there under.
