Licences
Under the present dispensation of Rubber Act & Rules all transactions in rubber are regulated through licensing by the Rubber Board.
Various licenses issued are:
- License to deal in rubber (Dealers’ License)
- License to acquire rubber for processing and to sell such processed rubber, (Processors’ License) and
- License to acquire rubber for manufacturing rubber products (Manufacturers’ License)
The Dealers’ and Processors’ licenses are issued from the Board’s office at Willingdon Island, Kochi – 3 while the Manufacturers’ license is issued from the Board’s HQ at Kottayam.
