Export of Rubber

Export of rubber is regulated through Registration – cum – Membership Certificate (RCMC) issued by Rubber Board. As per the EXIM policy, any person applying for a license/certificate to import-export or any other benefit or concessions under Import Export Policy is required to furnish a RCMC granted by the Export Promotion Councils.  In the case of Natural Rubber, Rubber Board is the authority to issue RCMC.
