Financial Assistance to Exporters

Financial assistance for participation in domestic trade fairs

The scheme intends to provide financial assistance to the traders and processors of NR and rubber wood for participation in domestic trade fairs with the Rubber Board. All dealers and processors of NR having a valid D or P license issued by the Rubber Board are eligible for availing financial assistance.  The units participating in any trade fair/exhibition along with the Board should share the stall for exhibiting their publicity materials.  The scheme is operative from 1st April 2010. Under this scheme, financial assistance of 50% of the actual cost of printing subject to a maximum of Rs 10,000/- per trader (unit) per year will be provided for printing of brochures and posters required for participation in domestic trades fairs approved by the Board.

Financial Assistance for participation in international fairs

The Board provides financial assistance to NR exporters to facilitate their participation in international trade fairs and exhibitions.   Exporters participating in exhibitions along with the Board are eligible to get Market Development Assistance (MDA).    They will also get financial assistance for preparing brochures and posters for the use in the exhibition.  All NR exporters in India having registration for using Indian Natural Rubber Logo and a valid Registration – cum – Membership Certificate (RCMC) issued by the Board who participate in exhibitions/trade fairs/buyer-seller meets etc. are eligible for financial assistance.

Financial Assistance for preparation of publicity materials for participation in trade fairs

Exporters participating in exhibitions along with the Board are eligible to get financial assistance for preparing publicity materials such as brochures and posters for the use in the exhibition. All NR exporters in India having registration for using Indian Natural Rubber Logo and a valid Registration – cum – Membership Certificate (RCMC) issued by the Board and such exporters who participate in exhibitions/trade fairs/buyer-seller meets etc. are eligible for this financial assistance. 50% of the cost of printing subject to a maximum of Rs 50,000/- is the maximum financial assistance payable under this scheme to the exporter in one year.
